Pazu's Cookbook!


I've been getting into the cooking since moving up to Sydney. Food is good. Anyways, I recently had a scare when i lost the bookmark for one of my favourite recipes when I formatted my laptop and the recipe had disappeared from the results of the google search I had originally found it with... motherfucker took me a good 45 minutes to find again (it's a great recipe I swear - mushroom gumbo). There was also another one where a site took a recipe down and I had to rescue it from the way-back machine.

So, the point: I'm going to start putting recipes up here on the wiki (i figure it's as good a place as any). The idea being I can modify them as I adapt them to my own tastes and maybe you guys can even try some of them out and see what you think. That and I won't lose them. I might even photograph some actual results (given my track record of actually producing photos of stuff the chances aren't super but we'll see).
